Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in June 2019
In June 2019, INVESTCORP completed construction of the corrugated iron roof and is executing construction of the corrugated iron walls at the textile area. Currently, the ground concrete and the putty work of the internal and external walls have also been completed, the auxiliary items such as power room and toilets are being urgently carried out. In July 2019, INVESTCORP will complete the corrugated iron walls, installation of troughs, drainage pipes and other finishing works related to the corrugated iron walls. Painting work, installation of doors, false ceilings, drywall, gypsum walls and toilet tiling etc. will also be executed in July 2019.
Update construction progress of Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2 in June 2019
By the end of June 2019, main finishing work for the whole project of Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 has been basically completed by INVESTCORP. Painting work, tiling work and gypsum partition and ceiling are now being executed final works. Erection of the aluminum and steel fire rated doors have been done. Connection work with the Factory phase 1 is also completed. Auxiliary items such as concrete road and some other items are also been done.
Update construction progress of EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd in June 2019
In June 2019, INVESTCORP completed and handed over the entire EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd to put in use.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in June 2019
At the end of June 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed installing and fixing the wall iron. The installation and fixing of roof sheet and roof water trough are under construction and expect to be completed in mid-July 2019.
Update construction progress – Sankyo project in June 2019
At the end of June 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar received the office area from the Owner to implement finishing works and is expected to receive the workshop area in July 2019.
Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in June 2019
At present, the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby of JFE Meranti Myanmar Co., Ltd has been basically completed to partially inspected and handed over to the Owner for use.
Update construction progress – Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory in June 2019
In June 2019, the workshop was finished brickwork and some basic finishing works. The pump room and the guardhouse have also been implemented brickwork.
Official launching ceremony of Xuan Tien Investcorp residential area project
On June 1, 2019, the official launching ceremony of Xuan Tien Investcorp residential area project was held by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd., - INVESTCORP's member company in coordination with the Distributor - Phuc Hung Corporation attracting a lot of customers from local district and neighboring districts.

In May 2019, at the textile area of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project - Ramatex Nam Dinh, INVESTCORP completed erection of the roof steel structures and is carrying out roof work and casting ground concrete. As expected, brickwork and plastering work of the toilet area, power room and compressing room will be implemented and completed in June 2019. Besides, the internal and external putty work of the textile factory’s walls are also implemented in parallel.
Update construction progress of Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2 in May 2019
In May 2019, at the Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2, INVESTCORP implemented the painting work, tiling and gypsum ceilings and partitions. The aluminum doors and fire rated steel doors have been fabricated and erected the frames. The steel structures have also been implemented and completed.

In May 2019, INVESTCORP completed and handed over some additional items under scope of the EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in May 2019
At the end of May 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed roof work of the office and workshop areas. The wall corrugated iron has been implemented and is expected to complete in June 2019.
Update construction progress – Sankyo project in May 2019
At the end of May 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed the foundation and ground at the office area of the Sankyo project and handed over to the Owner to implement following works.

In May 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar continued to execute the painting and finishing works of the ancillary area. Other finishing works are also implemented in parallel.
Update construction progress – Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory in May 2019
In May 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar continued implementing workshop and underground tank system. The PIT foundation system has been carried out 80% and will be completed in June 2019.
