Update construction progress – Yukioh factory project in Aug 2019
By the end of August 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed site clearance and construction of temporary items for the Yukioh Factory project including roads, fences, gates etc.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in August 2019
In August 2019, finishing work of the main factory of Tamada office and warehouse project was completed up to 95%.
Update construction progress – Sankyo project in August 2019
In Aug 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar implemented finishing works of the outdoor road and ground slab. The workshop has been completed the machine platform and are moving to painting finishing stage and door installation. Finishing work of the office and concrete yard has also been completed.
Update construction progress – Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory in Aug 2019
In August 2019, some items of the Kalbe pharmaceutical factory project were completed and handed over to put into use by INVESTCORP Myanmar such as internal concrete road, sedimentation system, pumping pits, parking area and drainage system.
Handover of Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2
By the end of Aug 2019, INVESTCORP has completed all items of the Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2 and handed over to the Owner to put into use.
INVESTCORP visits and works with KAM HING Group in China
On a business trip to China from July 31, 2019 to August 8, 2019, the Board of Directors of INVESTCORP led by Mr. Do Ngoc Dao - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director visited and worked with Leadership of KAM HING Group - The world's leading manufacturer of textile, dyeing, bleaching, shaping and vertically integrated finish.
INVESTCORP visits and works with INTCO Group in China
On August 6, 2019, accepting the invitation of INTCO Group, INVESTCORP's Board of Directors visited and worked at the Group's factories in Shandong province, China. On behalf of INTCO Group, Mr. Ky Tri Sieu - Assistant to the Group’s Board of Directors, Mr. Luu Cong - Director of the Design Institute, Mr. Ly Kien Tai - Managing Director of Shandong Intco Recycling Resources Company and the staffs in charge of INTCO's foreign affairs were present to welcome the delegation.
INVESTCORP visits and works with SOUTH ASIA Group in China
On the morning of August 5, 2019, INVESTCORP's Board of Directors visited SOUTH ASIA Group's factory in Nan An town, Quanzhou district, Fujian province, China. Welcoming the delegation included Mr. Lu Tu Lang - Vice Chairman of the Group, Mr. Luu Tri Dan - Director of the factory and some other officials.
INVESTCORP holds periodical health check in 2019 for employees
On July 24-25, 2019, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP cooperated with Thien Duc international general hospital to hold a health check for all employees of the Corporation.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in July 2019
In July 2019, at the textile area, INVESTCORP completed construction of the corrugated iron walls and is now installing roof drainage pipes. Auxiliary items such as power room, transformer room and compressor room have been completed. Toilet area is under construction of tiling work. Finishing of gypsum walls, false ceiling, paint, installation of doors and windows are being urgently executed. In the first half of August 2019, INVESTCORP will complete all items and hand over the site to the Owner to carry out installation of machines.
Update construction progress of Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2 in July 2019
At the end of July 2019, INVESTCORP completed gypsum walls and ceiling, installed steel doors, aluminum doors, painting work and Epoxy floor paint. At present, finishing details for the entire project have been completed and will be carried out internal inspection on July 31, 2019.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in July 2019
At the end of July 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed all finishing works for the steel structure of the main factory area and started carrying out acceptance work. Painting of the ceiling and beams of the structure at the first floor has also begun.
Update construction progress – Sankyo project in July 2019
In July 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar speeded up the implementation of all items of the project. At the outdoor area, concrete road and drainage ditches have been basically completed. For the factory, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed concrete work, plastering work and is carrying out finishing work.

In July 2019, although heavy rain caused difficulties for construction of the project, INVESTCORP Myanmar still tried to overcome to construct the project to meet the schedule.
Groundbreaking ceremony of Yukioh factory project
On July 17, 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar held the Groundbreaking ceremony of Yukioh factory project at Lot BH 2-1, Thilawa special economic zone B, Yangon, Myanmar.
