Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Yi Da Garment Factory Project Phase 3 - Canteen & Motorbike parking
On June 10, 2021, the Yi Da Garment Factory Project Phase 3 - Canteen & Motorbike parking of Yi Da Vietnam Limited was commenced at Song Thao Industrial Complex, Cam Khe town, Cam Khe district, Phu Tho province. The Canteen & Motorbike parking is built with a 3-storey open space design, a total floor area of 7,140m2 and a building height of 11.35m.
Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Project of Renovation and expansion of main gate, build of reception house combined with installing equipment to manage national database on population of Tho Xuan District Police
The project of Renovation and expansion of the main gate, build of a reception house combined with installing equipment to manage the national database on population of Tho Xuan district police was commenced on July 4, 2021 at Area 6, Tho Xuan town, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province. It is expected that the project will be built in 90 days including Reception house, rebuilding of the main gate and southern fence, construction of a side gate and fence of the reception area, rebuilding of a parking house for guests, construction of an internal yard and equipment installation.
Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
The Typical residential area infrastructure project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province was started on July 24, 2021 with an area of over 10 hectares, including main items: infrastructure construction of medium-voltage and low-voltage power lines, road system, surface water and wastewater drainage system and tree planting in the residential area. The Typical residential area infrastructure project has a total investment capital of over VND 68 billion, built in 341 days, meeting the needs of urban development, residential land needs of the people and contributing to the management and implementation of investment according to planning.
Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
In August 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed pulling and laying medium voltage underground cables, low voltage underground cables and installing substations; completed construction of rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, grade 1 crushed stone of all roads and 40% of pavement tiles of Dong Nam residential area infrastructure project.
Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Star Villas project
At the end of August 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to focus on completing villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11 which are expected to hand over to the Investor in September and early October 2021. Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar starts to carry out painting, gypsum ceiling, gate yard and finishing work for villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12 & 14. Villas No. 15 and 16 are continuing to be plastered and villa No. 1B is under construction of roof concrete structure and preparing to erect roof structure.
Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project
In August 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the construction of all ground concrete, pile extraction and 50% of the dismantling of the formwork for ground beam and slab. The waterproofing of the exterior basement walls and sanding the exterior basement walls have also been completed. Other jobs have also been carried out in parallel such as repairing concrete surfaces and cleaning after dismantling formwork.
Update construction progress in July 2021– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
At the end of July 2021, in the office area of the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project, INVESTCORP 15 completed the construction of all concrete work for foundation, walls, fire tank covers and pump room.
Update construction progress in July 2021 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
In July 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa continued to construct and complete the remaining items of the Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project, including construction of pulling and laying medium-voltage underground cables, building sidewalk curbs; leveling, compaction of pavement soil, sand filling and paving sidewalk bricks according to design.
Update construction progress in July 2021 – Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4, Tho Xuan district
At the end of July 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed all remaining work items of the Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4, Tho Xuan district including completion of construction and installation of corrugated iron roof and installation of indoor lighting equipment, construction of wooden floors and installation of door systems.
Update construction progress – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project in June 2021
At the end of June 2021, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the entire construction of mass piling work for the factory and office area of the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project; completed 95% of concrete foundation and bracing of the factory foundation, 30% of the cold tank concrete cover, concrete of the ditch’s bottom and walls. The excavation of the basement and the fire tank has also been completed.
Update construction progress in June 2021 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
In June 2021, at the Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed 80% of the road foundation and underground low-voltage electricity lines; completed the entire installation of light poles, 60% of pavements, 95% of green trees and 90% of clean water supply items.
Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in June 2021
At the end of June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed dismantling the pile support system, completed 100% of the reinforced concrete volume of the basement walls and 30% of the reinforced concrete structure of the floor beams. Currently, the pile extraction, waterproofing and sanding of the basement walls are starting to be implemented.
Update construction progress – Star Villas project in June 2021
At the end of June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed the concrete frame structure of Villas No. 10, 15 & 16; continue to implement the construction of Villa 1B’s structure and complete erecting the roof frame of Villa No. 10. Plastering work of Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 is also being speeded up in parallel with the painting and gypsum ceilings and walls of Villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11.
Update construction progress – Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4, Tho Xuan district in May 2021
At the end of May 2021, the Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4 was completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa finishing works of the inside and outside of the Multifunctional house; completed installation of electrical equipment, sanitary equipment; completed exterior painting work and erected truss structure and roof steel bracing.
Update construction progress – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project in May 2021
In May 2021, INVESTCORP 15 Joint Stock Company completed all temporary works for the construction of the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project such as office buildings, temporary roads, electrical and water works, etc.
