Summer Travel 2017
Thanks to the care and facilitation of the Board of Directors of the Company, from June 9-11, 2017, the union of Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation held a tour for summer 2017 in Co To island district – Quang Ninh province.

Up to the end of May 2017, at the IPTB West, finishing work such as ceiling, gypsum board, paint work, plastering and tiling, etc. has been continuously progressed. External work such as concrete ditches and utility facilities has been developed as well.
Update construction progress in May 2017 – Taiyo Nippon Sanso Myanmar Project.
In May 2017, it was rainy in Yangon, the works at the Taiyo Nippon Sanso project have been encountered many difficulties. However, with the determined spirit, the team of engineers and workers on the construction site has worked hard to ensure the expected schedule.
Groundbreaking Ceremony of Biel Crystal Vietnam Factory Project
In the morning of May 23rd 2017, the Ground-breaking Ceremony of Biel Crystal Vietnam Factory Project was held solemnly at Lot no. 115/116a/123b/124 VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park, Phu Chan Commune, Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh. Participants of the Ceremony include the Executive Board of the Investor – Biel Crystal Vietnam Co., Ltd, the main contractor – Shi Lang Co., Ltd (Hong Kong) and the construction contractor –Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation (INVESTCORP).

At the end of April 2017, at Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project, construction of the structure is being accelerated to complete the final stages.

Up to the end of April 2017, after nearly two months of construction with earnest and urgency, Taiyo Nippon Sanso project is always follow-up and ensures the progress requirements of the Investor.

On the construction site of Vientiane (Laos) International Airport, construction of the structure items has been actively implemented to meet the progress proposed with the Main contractor and the Investor.
Update construction progress in March 2017 – Factory construction project Phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Ltd.
In the morning of March 31, 2017, INVESTCORP carried out acceptance and handover of Yokowo factory construction project – Phase 3 to the Main contractor and the Owner. After nearly 7 months of urgent construction, the project has been handed over on schedule and highly appreciated for construciton quality by the partners.
Update construction progress in February – Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., LTD – PEONY Branch
For over 9 months of prompt construction, in February 2017, Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., LTD – PEONY branch – constructed by Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation has been accomplished and handed over to Ramatex Corporation. The project has perfectly met the requirement on progress, quality and are highly appreciated by the Owner.
Update construction progress in February 2017 – Factory construction project Phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Ltd.
At the site of Factory construction project phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Ltd, in late of February 2017, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation and the Owner – Yokowo Vietnam Ltd – have carried out inspection for 1/2 of the workshop area. On February 28, 2017, the accepted workshop was put in use.
Inauguration ceremony of Taiyo Nippon Sanso Myanmar gas factory construction project.
In the morning of February 10, 2017, the inauguration ceremony of Gas factory construction project owned by Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation was held at lot B-11, plot A of Special Economic Zone Thilawa (20 kilometers far from Yangon capital of Myanmar to the Eastern South). At the ceremony, there is the presence of the Management Board and the whole staffs of INVESTCORP Myanmar – the Construction contractor.

At the site of Factory construction project phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd, in January 2017, INVESTCORP has accomplished several essential categories of both interior and exterior works.

To enjoy the bliss and elation of the New Year of Fire Rooster 2017, in the morning of February 2, 2017, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP organized an event of “New year meeting 2017” at headquarter of the company.
Update construction progress in January 2017 – Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project
By the end of January, 2017, at the site of international passenger terminal West (IPTB West), Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion construction project has been finished 95% of concrete column, floor beam and stair construction works. As expected, reinforced concrete category being in process will have been accomplished by February 20th, 2017 as progress proposed to the owner and the main contractor.

After almost 9 months of commencement, with direct instruction and close observation of the Company’s Board of Management, active support of the functional departments and endeavors of skillful engineers and workers, the construction project of Garment factory of Maple Co., LTD – Peony branch – has come to the finishing and handing over period.
