Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in November 2020
At the end of November 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed all the installation of the piling-proof system and 95% of the excavation work at the Lakeside Myanmar Hotel project. At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar is continuing to implement underground works and urgently speeding up reinforced concrete structures including cutting bored piles, casting foundation lean concrete, fabricating and installing reinforced concrete and underground formwork. It is expected that the concrete work of underground structures will be started from December 1, 2020.
In December 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar will try to complete the entire volume of foundation concrete, 50% of the basement area and speed up the construction of the basement walls. Waterproofing and soil filling work are also executed in late December 2020. The preparation of documents, drawings and materials for the structure and finishing is always prioritized to implement and order according to the project construction progress.
