Update construction progress in February – Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., LTD – PEONY Branch
For over 9 months of prompt construction, in February 2017, Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., LTD – PEONY branch – constructed by Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation has been accomplished and handed over to Ramatex Corporation. The project has perfectly met the requirement on progress, quality and are highly appreciated by the Owner.
In May 2016, the project was commenced in VSIP Industrial Park – Bac Ninh with total capital up to 5.000.000 USD. The factory has enormous size with the area of 111,611m2 including six Workshops (four Sewing workshops and two Cutting workshops) along with Offices and Ancillary namely canteen, parking lot.
At the end of February 2017, after acceptance and handover, these Workshops would be in use for producing and exporting their products to international market. This is the first project Ramatex Corporation co-operates with INVESTCORP, and this is also the successful start on Garment factory construction project as well as others projects in the future.
