Handover of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2
In March 2021, INVESTCORP has completed the entire Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 and hand over to the Investor to put into use with a total floor area of 75,000sqm including a main factory, an office building, a canteen and auxiliary works.
At present, the Investor is carrying out installing machinery and will put into use after getting competent authorities’ approval.
After a year of construction, the project has been handed over to the Investor ensuring requirements of safety, quality and progress.
