Construction progress updated in January 2023 - Vina Ito Factory Project Phase 2
In January 2023, INVESTCORP 15 has completed 70% of the work volume of the factory concrete floor, the remaining 30% of the volume is temporarily stopped to wait for the Investor’s design change. In addition, the construction of internal roads, storm water drainage system and garbage houses are also being urgently implemented by INVESTCORP 15.
It is expected that in February 2023, the works such as construction of factory walls, storm water drainage system, construction of internal roads and concrete floor of garbage houses will be 100% completed by INVESTCORP 15. Along with that, the plastering of the factory walls and the construction of the garbage house walls will be implemented in parallel by INVESTCORP 15.
