Update construction progress – Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd in July 2020

For the main factory expansion item, INVESTCORP completed the construction of reinforced concrete columns in the factory area, the 2nd floor columns of the office area and completed walls of the entire factory. Currently, INVESTCORP is starting to level the ground, compact and construct concrete lining for the factory floor. The entire factory concrete foundation will be completed in August 2020.

For the parking garage expansion item, in July 2020, INVESTCORP completed all of the 1st floor columns, painted the lines, painted the walls and handed over the 1st floor of the parking garage to the Investor to put into use. It is expected that in August 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the steel structure of the 3rd floor and the roof of the vehicle.

For outdoor items, INVESTCORP is pouring the wall concrete of the wastewater treatment tank and the bottom concrete of the clean water tank. It is expected that in August 2020, the construction of clean water tank and piling extraction of the wastewater treatment tank will be done.
