Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in November 2020

In the Kitchen and Canteen area, INVESTCORP has completed the plastering and roofing; finishing items will be carried out after being approved by the Investor.

The Warehouse has been completed 95% of the corrugated iron, 60% of the paint volume and started to put on the roof’s flashing. It is expected that INVESTCCORP will hand over the Warehouse to the Investor on December 31, 2020.

The Rubbish house area is being primed and will be put on the finishing paint before handover. The pump room and control room have completed roofing, interior painting and exterior priming. The construction of the Garage is waiting for approval from the Investor.

Regarding the outdoor items, the trench system has been constructed reaching 90% of the volume and the concrete road will continue to be constructed to complete in December 2020 as scheduled.
