Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in Feb 2019
In Feb 2019, at the office area, INVESTCORP Myanmar finished the piling work and construction of the pile caps. The foundation beam and bracing are started implementing. It is expected that the assembly of the steel structure will be carried out and completed in Mar 2019.
At the warehouse area, construction of the piling work and pile caps is also finished. The assembly of the steel structure will be proceeded after completion of the ground.
Auxiliary items such as the guardhouse and the pump room will be carried out after the water tanks are completed.
For the outdoor items, INVESTCORP Myanmar is implementing drainage system and surrounding fence. The internal road will be carried out after completion of the office and warehouse’s ground.
