Update construction progress – Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4, Tho Xuan district in October 2020
Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4 is invested by the People's Committee of Tho Xuan District and consulted, supervised by Thanh Hoa Construction Quality Assurance Center. The multifunctional house is designed modernly and constructed on an area of nearly 800m2 with house height of 13.35m, reinforced concrete foundation structure, unburnt brick wall, dome-shaped metal roof and parquet flooring...
According to the contract progress, the project will be constructed within 6 months. After receiving the handover of the site on October 8, 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has implemented the construction of the following items: Re-measuring the existing plan, demolishing the fence wall, making a temporary access road, construction of temporary houses, excavation of foundation pit, basically complete pouring of reinforced concrete at foundation framework and under construction of freestone foundation embankment according to design.
It is expected that in November 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will basically complete the foundation, pouring concrete of the column frame, building walls and pouring concrete of the porch around the house to + 5.55m.
