Update construction progress in December 2016 – Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., Ltd – PEONY branch

Being commenced in the early of May 2016, Maple Co., LTD Garment Factory – Peony Branch constructing project has now stepped into the completion period. In December 2016, the Sewing Factory No.1, the Cutting Factory No.1, the Canteen No.1 and the Offices were handed over to the Owner and were put into practice. At present, all of the internal categories have been accepted by INVESTCORP and the Owner. At the same time, the production line has been installed completely for trial run.

Furthermore, the mechanical and electrical categories such as air compressor, fire protection system, air conditioning, ventilation system and lighting one have been synchronized with the production line. The exterior categories such as concrete road, drainage system, curb and planting works have also been accomplished. As expectation, asphalt road category will be carried out on January 5th 2017.

Regarding the other workshops, structure work, iron corrugated roof and exterior cover have been basically finished. The interior finishing works including installation of lighting system and epoxy ground-coating are rashly executed to catch up with the progress submitted to the Owner.
