Construction progress updated in October 2022 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune - Tho Xuan District - Thanh Hoa Province

At the same time, INVESTCORP Group has also signed a contract for construction of some project items with its member company INVESTCORP 6 as the direct construction unit. The items that have been constructed by INVESTCORP 6 in October including reception house, four-season villa area and other ancillary items. For the reception house, INVESTCORP 6 has completed the construction of the underground part and the foundation. At the four-season villa area, the concrete roof structure of 18 bungalows under the lake has been completed by INVESTCORP 6, the tile roof construction continues to be implemented to complete the exterior and interior in November 2022.

In addition, in October, INVESTCORP 6 has also completed the construction of the foundation and concrete structure of ancillary items such as tennis courts, laundry house, generator room. As planned in November, INVESTCORP 6 will continue to speed up the progress to complete the steel structure and roof.
