Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Star Villas project
At the end of March 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has basically completed and handed over and put into use Villas No. 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 16. INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to complete the painting and plastering of Villas No. 1A and 1B; installing sanitary equipment and air conditioners at Villa 1B and focusing on completing the work outside of Villas 14, 15, 1A & 1B.
In April 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar will speed up the completion and handover of Villas 1B, 14, 15 and focus on completing Villa 1A for the Investor to inspect and complete the project.
