Construction progress updated in June 2023 – An additional package of "Parking house - Garbage house - Chemical warehouse" under "Textile and Garment Factory Project of Ramatex Nam Dinh- Phase 1"
At the end of June 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed the construction of the parking house and carried out the repair, acceptance, and handover to the Investor.
At the chemical warehouse area, the Company also completed the construction of the steel structure, and is carrying out roofing and corrugated iron walls; the garbage house is also under construction of steel structure. In addition, the plastering work has also been completed, and the rainwater drainage system has been constructed.
In early July 2023, INVESTCORP 15 will complete the remaining works to hand over all items to the Investor at the same time to put into operation.
