Construction progress updated in July 2023 – An additional tender package under item "Finish construction and installation of office furniture" of project "Manufacture of hot and cold packs and high-class cardiac electrode pads – Intco Medical”
In July 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed preliminarily interior installation work and is currently continuing to carry out cleaning and repair work. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor areas have been handed over to the Investor and put into use.
It is expected that, in the first half of August 2023, INVESTCORP 15 will install and complete the rest of the interior to hand over the entire office area to the Investor.
